*Tool Transfer Program*
Already have a mold? Great! We do a full inspection of injection tools upon arrival and give recommendations on repairs or changes needed as part of the tool transfer program. Our normal tooling maintenance cost is included with the program and we offer a wear and tear program designed to keep tools in tip-top shape.
*Part Design / Tool Engineering*
Industrial designers and programmers on site with our sister company Michigan tool works – conveniently in the same location as Michigan Plastic Works. Our team is ready to review new designs and talk through pitfalls that may occur or need addressed before tooling is cut and plastic injection parts are molded.
